Hi all,

Just new to the MT universe, was crawling around mods, and thinking about this awesome mod.

After reading the lua and thread, try to install the mod.

Everything works ok, generating a world, but i've never seen an once of oil.

Tryed to mess with lua, no more succes.

Was thinking about opening a little serv so wanted to include this mod that seems very interresting.

Any tips ?

Regards.

I have 2 questions about this mod, which is an amazing idea by the way.

How rare is oil to find? I have had this mod for over a day now and haven't found any yet.

How good is it as furnace fuel in relation to coal?

Oil is rare, but in some parts of the Map theres a lot of it.

About the Furnace Fuel: Its much better than coal

Awesome mod! I have an idea: what if you make oil sources generate like ores do, between -35 and -75, in large amounts for each vein, and the veins are more ''planar'' than up/down?
Also, if you update the pipes to move oil up/down, make curved pipes, it will look better.

Sfan, you may wish to look into my pipes mod for future versions of this one. It uses node boxes to create a complete set of pipes (in all directions), which you may find useful.
