Xanadu is not HOMETOWN. I'm sure TenPlus1 is quite capable of moderating if necessary. A little chat is reassuring for other players who are wondering where Xanadu has gone. Relax :)

Agreed with afllatus. A few off-top posts to lighten the mood while the server is down (hence players having nowhere else to chat) is nothing compared to the hundreds of random posts in a thread that is out of control where the server is available.

if you are brave enough to look into older pages, you will see that we had much worse out-of-control situations than random chatter :P

HOMETOWN topic has got many non-sensible posts and heaps as some people say "shitposts". Nevertheless it does not mean HOMETOWN is best server of all other ones. For example, just test has big community and it has own topic, but Switchboard and Miners World quite don`t have topics and they are both full with players.

I'm just say my opinion on Xanadu your admin is a d*ckhead he banned me for no reason then he banned oikawa and shezz for "dating" oikawa will never date online and shezz has a gf why would he ban them?? Reason: he used all 3 of us for builds then banned us

I just wanted to point out how much I appreciate this server, the admin, and all the great contributers therein.

Especially our admin: Shinji does not have control over storms and such. I feel like we unnecessarily put pressure on him, by continuously posting about the server not being up (although I totally agree that is is devastating not to have Xanadu even if it is for a few days). Also he and TenPlus1 seem to get a whole lot of backlash for banning players (meanwhile constantly giving second chances). They truly are trying to do their best, and those who are most important appreciate that. I personally believe we have the kindest admin in all of gaming history. If anyone disagrees, please do so silently. :)

On that note, I conclude: BEST SERVER EVER!! :D

Firefox: I would like to say on myster's behalf that he will not be on the server until possibly next year. He has taken a temporary break from MT. Sorry about that. If you have any urgent questions, I can take a message for him.
