That's a nice idea.. I prefer allocate large area and let the owner manage it.
Allocate small area close to large area make complex management with time...

Ok so instead to have 4 areas .. I ve extended the two existing areas

then nameless city original area
(437,92)-(530,216)
become (437,92)-(530,272)
in this new zone exisitn emspri and jahmke are embeded with existing owner coordinates as subland.
future update have to be submit to cactuzPL

and nameless new cliff area
(531,217)-(600,272)
become (531,125)-(600,272)

To avoid mosaic and complex land administration I ve done some update ..

Anyway you still are the owner of your exiting protected area
but your land is now embedded inside a larger area under the management of cactuzPL

So if you want to enlarge your area , please ask cactuzPL

I merge large city purpose areas together as much as possible ...
With sub land protection available that is not managed by myself but by a kind of "urban area manager" .. So this land delegation administration allows to have multiple and rational land management.
