Opening minetest - Don’t know how. Solved
I am having trouble getting minetest to open, as in, I have it downloaded, but A, though homebrew I couldn’t find the file, and B, I got the file though GitHub, but I don’t know how to open it. I have a Mac mini (2012 OS 10.12 I think) Please help. I have been wanting to get minetest for a while, it looks like a great game, better than Minecraft even, but, I can’t figure out how to open it. I really would appreciate any help! Thanks!

Have you seen the Mac OS download section?
https://www.minetest.net/downloads/
According to that page you can install it via "Homebrew" using brew install minetest command.
I use Linux so I can't actually help. But maybe provide any error messages from the brew command so other Mac users know what happens.

I used brew install minetest in terminal, and then the command I was missing was brew link apps I think.
