We started a new server named Blue World. On this server you have to survive, be careful monsters might attack. You can buy things with money. Most important: Have fun and don't grief.

From time to time You will find a mystery chest filled with amazing things. The coordinates are written on a sign at spawn.

Admins are blauerneon and thomas. If You have a message for them, write them here or ingame via mail.

Hi,
this look very nice and cool, but it miss a little bit of building.
i dont know if it's because you dont have enough moderator or other, but, if you want, i can help you in the construction of building, to moderate the server, look for bug ect...

Unfortunatly we have problems with server lag. Maybe someone can tell the reason. This is the output of the profiler with a lag of 14:

I installed the animals from this repository: https://github.com/tenplus1/mobs_animal

Maybe You are right, but I reduced the chance for animals to spawn by factor 10.

I have another idea: Maybe it's the number of protector stones. The lag is getting bigger, when I'm in areas with many of them. Just an idea.

Maybe the lag is caused by all the item-frames on all the shops,
and lots of protector stones are just in the same area, because
the shop-buildings are quite big.

Now I moved to a better server without lag. It was a problem of the server provider, not of minetest and the mods. The world is named "blue world 2"

I just found out that there was a contest to build the 'coolest factory'.

I haven't seen too much competion going on,
and my guess for the reasons:

* the announcement looked just like the rules-board,
which is mostly ignored after a player has read it once

* machine-parts are expensive (need gold, mese, diamonds etc.)
and I found no shop offering cheap parts.

Hm. Don't understand exactly what you mean. Can you post a screenshot of the recipe? I will update mesecons. Maybe that will help. Or it's a problem of mods with similar recipes.

IMPORTANT: Remember and triple-check the password before you connect on a server for the first time. Minetest will not ask you to enter the password again. If you messed it up in the first time and don't realize it, you will logically fail in later logins because you probably won't remember how you mis-typed your password. Countless player names have been burned because of this. about server

I am checking it....uh I was doing it wrong. In the recipe a mese fragment gets baked. After testing it again it works.
