crash when removing items from chest

ServerError: LuaError: error: ...e/minetest/games/minetest_game/mods/default/init.lua attempt to call field 'node_metadata_inventory_take_allow_all' (a nil value)

using ubuntu 12.04 b6 bit, i installed the 4.1 deb file stable release.

this happens in both creative and non creative mode in single player. any ideas?

nvm i uninstalled from terminal and re-installed. i guess i might of had something left over or something not right. thank you anyway
