I think he just stepped on something squishy and he's afraid to look.

He was trying to be discreet, but, there wasn't a tree big enough to hide behind to do the doo. Let's put Kong in a proper jungle.

Wrapping up some final tasks on lib_materials / lib_ecology. Added grass spread, lava cooling to lib_materials. Working on sapling and plant growth and added mushrooms to lib_ecology. Code cleanup. Will release this week.

I know this may sound like overkill, but, IMO, they belong here. What does everyone think of my adding Australia, Aoteara, Farming, and XOcean to lib_ecology for a truly one stop shop for all things nature related?

I think it's a great and very practical idea. I'd love to see something like this, especially that collecting all the useful mods concerning nature sometimes is a little bit troublesome given the number of them, even if they are all in one's collection of modes already.

@texmex: They call it 'bad trip' ;)

oss:

Mount Faithful, north face. This formation is notoriious for its treacherous slopes, trapping sometimes incautious traveller on the edge of a precipitous drop with no possibility of drawing back. The mountain is 660 nodes high.

So, I start a new game and immediately find a nice forest with one of my match-three puzzles in it, which I get to work on trying to solve. Unfortunately, I accidentally match some TNT and get knocked on my behind. Slightly annoyed, I walk back to try again, just to remove the game.

Then I notice the surrounding trees are on fire. Ok, no problem, I'll just put them out real quick. Um, no. That's not working. I'm not letting this place burn down though.

To make a long story shorter, I ended up spending the first eight game days fighting this forest fire. This is the aftermath. Was it worth it? I think so. I'm even planning to replant as much as I can. Some battles you just have to fight.

Still, if anyone has any tips on fighting fires, I'm ready to listen.

Use a fire extinguisher.
Note that I've recently renamed myself on github and co. to "Desour". (I'm bad at naming things.)

Your best friend in a cold environment is a campfire. My first proper try at modding. Just messing around mostly; no mod coming up. As you can see, I edited the player model a bit and created 3 models; the two logs and the axe.
