In Minetest 5.3.0, will be some new blocks?
No. There are only 2 blocks in Minetest anyway: Air and Ignore. No new blocks have been added since 0.4.0, and it's very unlikely this will change in the future.

Okay. What about include minetest offline guide in game folders?
Why put ./doc/lua_api.txt into game folders, too?

Please don’t confuse games for Minetest and Minetest. Those are two completely different things. The documentation of games depends on the game creators. The documentation of Minetest is already locally available when cloning the Git repository of Minetest.

There should be an easily extendable ingame help system available in the Minetest API, so game creators and modders can easily add ingame documentation without depending on 3rd-party mods.

I don't think that Minetest is just cube engine... At my opinion, it can be used as completely game.
You are still conflating Minetest and Minetest Game, the "default" example game included with the engine. Minimal Development Test used to be included also.

Many newbie players doesn't know craft recipes,
that me i am a newbie
actually there is a crafting guide mod viewtopic.php?t=14088
but very doubtful a newbie is going to be aware of that without research. .
there are a good handful of helper mods out there too . some of the best can be intergrated with universal inventory but then UI is not compatible with all games , which i feel it should be .
as for in game help it needs a console command then its either sparse or non exsistent.
there is no real consistancy with minetest its just a jumble.
for a newbie it is an utter mare to set up due to this .
even some of the regulars can not get thier head round the minetest game and seem greatly confused by it .
IMO its the base game as in "mod a game to your liking " it is part of the origins of minetest .its the base to a number of the fully fledged games here .
they seem oblivious to the fact that gamers mod games to thier own specifcations and
do not always want a fully fledged game with silly restrictions .

Okay. What about include minetest offline guide in game folders?
how many newbies would know to look in game folders you would need to inform them of that .?
i think minetest needs a definitive starter guide . all tips and best practices to get the very best out of minetest . a preinstalled book mod that loads automatically with every game so its always available for instant reference.
