Which rain mod provides the nicest rain?

I need some opinions. There's three (I think?) different mods that provide rain? I tried a couple some months ago and each had small differences. I remember one of them had a bug where it was only raining if nothing was above you, so if you had one floating block with nothing around it, and walked under it, it would stop raining. But that's all.

Opinions?
