Hi, this is a mod that adds cellphones, 5G transmitters.
When you get close to them, they will shoot Corona virus vaccines at you that will kill you.

Wow,pretty accurate mod.But,you had to add every hazard of 5G?It was time consuming i think.

As I said in the first post, this mod is not meant to be an accurate depiction of 5G. It adds 5G base stations and a few features heavily inspired by conspiracy theories
