This mod adds many new flowers to minetest.

Very nice mod!
The textures match very well with the default textures, but default should be added to the dependencies, otherwise there is an error:
beautiflowers/init.lua:127: attempt to index global 'default' (a nil value)

Hi,
this looks very good.

I would have 2 suggestions:
  1. Could you add some setting to reduce/set the amount of generated flowers?
    It looks like there are a too many flowers generated.
  2. Hitboxes should be adjusted to the size of the flowers.

i know how to add the nodeboxes for each flower, but i don't know how to calculate the correct size (i have to guess number by number {x1, y1, z1, x2, y2, z2} ) save changes, run a world, watch if that's wrong... there are a tool to know the nodeboxes?

Try rubenwardy's Node Box Editor. It's the best tool around for working with nodeboxes. Alternatively, just copy the selection boxes from Minetest Game's built in flowers mod.

Thanks you so much. Nodeboxes are fixed now.
You can configure the amount of flowers, just see spawn.lua.
All the flowers has been renamed, so, now beautiflowers isn't compatible with the older version.

*Why girls names?

The flowers look very nice. Good to have a new source for dyes as well.
