Okay now I catch what you were trying to say, you can go ahead and look at the fortresses by using /spawnstruct command. I think i've found a bug, the thing is, when you are mining coal with a stone pickaxe, if the pick broke and at the same time you obtain the coal, both disappear.
I was able to reproduce the bug multiples times.

I'm sure I recently answered this already on the forums. There's an external mod you have to add, mcl_custom_skins.

Old hardware should get some mileage out of MineClone2. It's pretty light compared to comparable games. Still not perfect, but worth checking and seeing how it looks.

Unfortunately this is an engine bug we are aware of on our issue tracker.
The engine doesn't know what tool destroys it so doesn't know if it's valid. It's unfortunately out of the hands of the MineClone2 team.

I'm stuck with peaceful mode, I don't dislike it, but I would like to know how to turn it off and on.

Have you checked the game settings in the Minetest settings menu? I can see checkboxes for spawning mobs and only spawning peaceful mobs under the MineClone 2 settings.

There is a player on our (mineclone2) server who died during a fight in the Nether with a hoglin and was unable to continue playing normally... This morning the player logged in again, but still couldn't play. same message in the log as yesterday. After registering a new account, everything goes back to normal for the player.
Can I or the player fix this without registering a new account every time (that's annoying for players) ?

Which is an engine bug. So they reconnect and it happens again? Even when closing client etc.? Usually, you can get the dialogue back up and respawn.

Yes, the player tried to get back to the server several times. He just lay dead on the floor and couldn't do anything except write.
