Those builds should not be treated as "official" ones. If you find that something is broken, please, report.
All archives include both
minimal and
minetest_game games.
Builds are done using MSVC Express 2010. That means they have direct3d9/direct3d8 support (unlike sfan5's ones). When using directx you have to disable shaders as they are only supported with opengl video_driver.

Am I doing it right? Downloading and extracting? Because it is not working for me. Compression procedure not supported. I have windows7 64 and that visual c++ thing installed.

There must be something wrong with the .zip file of the latest build. I can't extract it.
There is a program known as PeaZip that you can use to make .zip files.

is by default for the configfiles, cache ...
are there more informations about the files and folders??
