[Mod] Sethome bed [sethome]

If the player has slept on the bed, by entering / home he will be teleported to this bed.

Usage: Go to sleep in the bed and you will can teleport to it by typing /home in chat.

Dependencies: beds (aviable by default)

Tested with "Beds" mod from minetest_game, "Mesh Beds", "Beds Plus" and PilzAdam's beds at minetest 0.4.12 and 0.4.13

If you want use PilzAdam's beds mod you must replace all code in init.lua by code from README.md

It should be compatable with all those listed bed mods, they all save their data in the same way in a file of the same name and location. Is not surprising as they are all based on, or depend on, PilzAdam's original mod.

PilzAdam's original mod use other file name "beds_player_spawns" instead of "beds_spawns" even if you change file name in source code it will don't work. So i added in readme.md information about work with PilzAdam's beds.
