[Mod] Magic Again (Abandoned again) [artifice]

I decided I didn't like how magical_realm is going, so this is a different attempt at a magic mod that will probably center around the creation of magical artifacts and spells. I am planning on ripping off some mechanics of the Minecraft mod Ars Magica 2, including custom spell creation. This will be a mod rather than a modpack.

Not really, maybe the title should be "Abandoned Again". I did come up with yet another magic system though, also with spellcraft. I've written up some (secret) lore so that might help with the design issues I couldn't figure out with this mod.
Every time a mod API is left undocumented, a koala dies.
