[Mod] Noclip_viewer [noclip_viewer]

this mod adds a block into minetest that lets you see like you have noclip.

this would be useful for players on android and other tablet devices to locate lava similar to the f9 radar, also this mod allows 'seeing' with a bit greater accuracy than with the f9 radar.

"blank.png" is a part of the Minetest engine, so no need to have your own texture in this mod.

i put the dots there so you can see the outline, i did not want it completely blank
