[Mod] useful contraptions [useful_contraptions]

This is a mod that adds some Machines. They are out of other mods and self made.

features:
  • makes torches emit light when wielded
  • handmill and threshing floor (out of cottages)
  • threshing machine (automated threshing floor)
  • injector (out of technic)
  • putter (items laying on top will be put into a chest below)
  • vacuum (out of factory, collects items)
  • vacuuming putter (a mix out of the vacuum and the putter)
  • rope (out of castles)
  • storage tank (out of factory, fluids can be stored inside)
  • ore_generator (generate ores out of some useless material (as help for skyblock))
  • alarm block (out of windos)
  • Water well (out of homedecor, you can fill your bucket with water from the well)
dependencies: default, farming, mesecons?, pipeworks?, intllib?

stuff out of the cottages mod:
*layer of straw (you can "sleep" and sit on it)
*straw bale (just decoration)
*handmill (for grinding)
*threshing floor (get straw layers and seeds out of wheat)

I don't like mesecons dependencies, so I've got to say no. This mod is mostly a combo of other mods as well, so there really is no point in adding it to factories.

I got to agree, a hard dependency on Mesecons doesn't make sense for a mod like this. Maybe try to make this dependency optional. It shouldn't be too hard.

A hard dependency on Mesecons would only make sense for blocks and items which are directly designed to extend Mesecons, and nothing else. For example, the mesecons_window mod or the mesecons_extras modpack.

I wanted to merge a few maybe only the selfmade blocks.
But Wedzmin has changed my mind by telling what would be better than my factory mod, I will continue this mod and take out the hard dependency as soon as possible.
