Wonderpick

Adds a pickaxe to Minetest that can dig almost any block

It is pretty much a superpick that doesn't require a priv (yet) and can't dig nodes owned by other players. For example: A locked chest.

The Wonderpick now requires a privilege.

This version has not been tested yet. There may be errors

Completely redid the mod
Doesn't depend upon MTG anymore, but is a little buggy with games like Nodecore
