[Mod] Minerdream [v0.2][minerdream] - Slimy and Decorative!

As I abandoned Xtraores, due to screwing it up, I am now going to work on this mod, which will be way better and more balanced, that Xtraores, and will have more than just ores


features:

* +20 new ores, with a set of tools and armors for them, or if not, then they are needed in special recipes
* somo ores that generate in deserts
* Bricks for all metal ores, bar stacks for all metal bars, spears and bows, for most of default ores, and most of the ones provided by this mod
*decorative ores, such as marble and lapiz
*Loot crates, that generate in stone, just like ores, and drop supplies, or sometimes even a special weapon when broken
*loads of other neat items.
*Slimes!
*Informative tool descriptions for all tools and weapons provided by this mod, and even to default tools.
*Increased stacks for Torches, Cobblestone, and all the ores, both, default ones, and the ones provided by this mod
*Debuffed bronze tools and diamond armor, but buffed steel and diamond tools.

* The bar block can be crafted out of any 4 bars of same metal, and then can be crafted back into metal bars
* Spears and bows can be crafted out of most of the metals, and also mese crystals and diamonds
* Metal bricks can be crafted out of a block of cobble and any metal lump
* feathers instead of paper, and flint instead of steel can be used to craft arrows

You have Scout armor, right? Maybe add Commando armor? Lieutenant armor? Just some ideas. :)

I will most likelly use medieval warrior rank names for the armors... not army ones...

Yeah! Good adding new mobs... many mobs. But all they have bad-developed AI (Artificial Intellect) what does a bit silly them. For example, everybody mob has awkward gait. They don`t turn them heads if they want to look up somebody. They also don`t avoid some obstacles in front of them and other lacks... How you think do we need to fix them?

Andrey01, those aren't mobs we're talking about, they're armor set names. But not a bad idea to add mobs.....

Could you make the weapons found only in treasure crates upgradeable? Like the mace could be plated in lead to make it heavier? Or the revolver infused with mese, to make the bullets it shoots explode on impact?

UPDATE - v 0.2

Added: marble, that comes in 6 colours (white, pink, red, green, blue, black)
Added: Decorative blocks, craftable out of marble
Added: Slimes, slimeballs and slime blocks (green, blue, red, yellow, purple, brown)
Added: Gemstone bricks and blocks
Added: Coal, Rich iron, Poor gold, sulfur, saltpeter ores, lapis lazuli, that generate in deserts
Added: Decorative blocks for lapis lazuli
Added: 5 Achievements for awards mod
Added: ores, aswell as items craftable of them, of Tier:6
Added: Accessories, and now, the unused 6th armor slot is for them
Added: few more gems to Tier:5
Added: Tier:6 crates, with 1 mele and 1 ranged weapon, only obtainable from it
Added: 1 mele weapon for tier:5 crates
Changed: Loot Crates can now also generate in desertstone
Changed: Amethyst ore had a texture change, and topaz ore is now in a form of cubic crystal cluster
Changed: topaz moved to tier 6
support: Now healing potions and pills, still restore HP, if HBhunger or Hunger mod is present

If you're interested, iridium is a ridiculously heavy metal that is very heat-resistant. Also, do the slimes spawn naturally?

Just found out that the slimes spawn naturally! Would you add an ore to spawn in ice? Glacier biomes are so rare, would be the perfect place for a rare material!
What is SCP-055 again? I forgot.

I love the slimes :P Btw, I was looking in the textures folder, and I saw at least 5 ores that don't spawn, are they for next version?

Might add it to the collection later, and 1 heat-ressistant metal that you can be guranteed I will add in future updates, will definelly be Tungsten

I could make ores spawn in naturally generated ice, but it would probably be all ice, not just the glacier one...

yep.
when I stared working on the mod, I planned most of the metal ores than I must add, ahead.
they will probably make it into the mod in this order:

Palladium, osmium - tier 7
Titanium, Tungsten - tier 8
mithril, orihalcum, rarium - tier 9
adamantite - tier 10-13 (im planning some major stuff in the future, and ain't sure, if adamantite will be found in core, just underground, or maybie the outer space)
unobtanium- tier 12-14 (not sure about this one too)

if you are talking about equipment, that can only be dropped by a killed mob, there already is one.

Slimes have a chance to drop a slime ring, that makes you jump higher when equiped. The stronger slime you kill, the more likelly you'll get one.

gonna add more drops in the future
