gameit: It's very thoughtful of you to include a LICENSE file, and I'd say that should be mandatory. But the current directory structure of maps does not support adding extra files without explicitly tweaking the code to whitelist such files. Please remove the version.txt and LICENSE file (the latter should be re-added later).
Do also note that -sniper- has made some changes to the conf file. Make sure you update your local copy before working on it any further.
-sniper-, you pointed out a couple of things that need to be changed in "The Maze" on the github page but you did not specify if I had to do it or not.
As for the "Cave Wars" map, don't worry about that one for the time being. I think I may want to completely redo that map.

You have to change 2 things:
- ctf_map:wool_wool_wool_violet need to replaced with ctf_map:violet
- make barriers with ctf_map:stone (exterior nodes) (for consistency with other maps)

Waterbug please make bottom layer and top with ctf_map:stone. You need to replace ctf_map:mossycobble, ctf_map:stone_block, ctf_map:stonebrick and ctf_map:leaves. indestructible glass can stay.
When you do this I will approve your map and then only one more approval is needed by ANAND or Thomas-S and map can be added.
