[Mod] Bright nights [bright_night]

A simple script which watches the day/night cycle and guarantees a minimum visible sunlight level to all players on the server, without affecting gameplay at all. By default, the minimum sunlight level is 4. Caves will still be darker.

You will finally be able to see what you're doing outside at midnight without torches or maxing out your gamma setting and monitor brightness. Other mods will still do whatever it is they do in night time low light levels. Just think of it as a more reasonable amount of moonlight.

Known issues: Currently the mod does not play nicely with other skybox mods, this may be fixed with player_monoids or similar in the future.

This looks very useful, would help a few servers.
What is SCP-055 again? I forgot.

Good idea. The night is always annoying when building something or doing sightseeing. More light is welcome.
