Autowalk function
Hi, I am new here!
because it's an exploration game, it will good to add tap to walk function so player not keep holding button. I am afraid to broke my keys again.

If you're on Windows, there's an "auto-key" function. Enable it and then press quickly "W" and "Fn" keys consecutively. To return to the standard key behaviour just tap "W" again.RxGianYagami wrote:Hi, I am new here!

Minetest 5.0 also includes auto-forward.

0.5 can varies a little from 0.4.17, eg some mods can mess etc...

Unfortunately, auto-forward don't works on boat, this would be the best function of auto-foward.

Hold forward(W), press backward(S) (until "[boats] Cruise on" appears in chat, then release backward(S)), then release forward(W).

The 'auto forward' keybind in the MT engine now works for MTG boat, or any vehicle.
Oddly, 'auto forward' is still not bound to a key by default, you need to do that in settings.
