Simple modpack adding additional lighting options to Minetest.

Introducing Morelights!

Is your world feeling dark lately? Luckily, it doesn't have to! The lightweight Morelights modpack packs 29 unique and high-quality lighting options to add to your world or server. Plus, Morelights comes with rotatable bars and chains for hanging lights. These few hand-made nodes will complement many styles of buildings, structures, and outdoor scenes. It even has street lights!

If you decide to use this on your public server, please let me know! :-)

Please report any bugs in the Issues section the GitHub repository.

Craft Recipes

An image with all current craft recipes can be found at the GitHub repository.

Changelog

1.0 Initial release.
1.0.1 Added craft recipes guide, fixed messy code and dependencies.

Dependencies: default, dye, farming, wool
Optional: xpanes (used for craft recipes), stairs (used with stair light)

License: LGPL v3.0, and CC BY-SA 4.0 for textures.

I did a few light blocs but I'm about to abandon this work.

If you want, take any node and/or texture from https://github.com/pyrollo/lightblocks

Thanks for the offer! I'm quite happy with the nodes I have now, though.

The hanging lights are a nice treat as are the street lamps. I'll absolutely be using several of these. Sweetness!

It looks as if it would work very well alongside xdecor as well which only has a handful of specialty lights at present.

Awesome mod, i installed it on my server and love it :)
One small issue: brass ingots should be taken from basic_materials if available.
I opened a pull-request for that one: https://github.com/random-geek/morelights/pull/2
